This habit, which dentists call bruxism, can produce very
significant clinical symptoms (clinical symptoms are what you can feel
or see). Some of these symptoms are:
- Excess tooth surface wear
- Sore facial muscles
- Sore teeth
- Sore jaw joints
- Cracked teeth
- Headaches. A large number of "migraine" headaches are associated with this problem.
- Sinus pain or congestion
