Bruxism

Do you clench or gring your teeth in your sleep? Owww!

This habit, which dentists call “bruxism”, can produce very significant clinical symptoms (clinical symptoms are what you can feel or see). Some of these symptoms are:

  • Excess tooth surface wear
  • Sore facial muscles
  • Sore teeth
  • Sore jaw joints
  • Cracked teeth
  • Headaches. A large number of "migraine" headaches are associated with this problem.
  • Sinus pain or congestion

If you have any of these symptoms or if someone tells you that you grind your teeth in your sleep, please let us know. We can do a number of effective things to help you.

Bruxism is a habit that produces results you can do without. Let us help you.
